Albin Kurti Says He Has Support to Form a New Government

The leader of the Self-Determination Movement Albin Kurti announced on Sunday that he secured a majority for the new Kosovo government.

At the Facebook social network, Kurti published that the leaders of three parties of minority communities and future MPs Rasim Demiri, Fikrim Damka, and Albert Kinolli vote for his Government and support him for the office of Prime Minister without any conditions.

Earlier, the Parliamentary caucus of Self-Determination was joined by the MP of the party of Egyptians Elbert Krasniqi.

Self-Determination and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) would need the support of another 4 MPs in order to form the Government without a third party, after possible changes of the election results.

The recount of votes was finished on Sunday and it should be expected soon that final results would be confirmed.
