Vetëvrasja e Pal Trashajt në dyert e SPAK, përplaset Bardhi dhe

The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, asked the Assembly to investigate the institutions that grant loans, the consequences of which are being suffered by Albanian citizens.

Bardhi referred to the case of Pal Trashaj, who two days ago was poisoned at the doors of SPAK, as he was facing the consequences of a loan.

" We should have stopped in the case that happened in the last two days, I express my condolences to the Trashaj family. The Assembly must react. We cannot be silent when there are thousands of citizens who suffer the consequences with loans from institutions licensed by the Bank of Albania.

In this case, the Bank of Albania is responsible. It licensed a company that started its activity before being licensed, adapted the rules according to the interests of criminal companies. Those citizens have worked all their lives to buy a house and when this house is taken from them, you have taken their life.

Let's highlight the legal responsibilities of the Bank of Albania, how they were licensed, how they were monitored, when it acted to remove the license, because it acted after the Prosecutor's Office started the investigations, why it did not intervene to block it in time, what measures it took.

We, as an assembly, must analyze with great responsibility how we can help these citizens, who first fell victim to these criminal companies, to investigate every link of these companies" , said Bardhi, among other things.

Socialist deputy Eduart Shalsi reacted in reply to him. He said that for two days he hasn't had a good night's sleep since the tragic event that happened at the doors of SPAK with the citizen Pal Trashaj.

" Not only me, but also many colleagues here in this hall, we do not sleep peacefully. I am investigating the case, I am collecting all the necessary data, but this event cannot be used to attack independent institutions", Shalsi said.
