President Joe Biden's son is found guilty, here are the three charges

The son of the American president, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, was found guilty of three charges against him.

He was charged with making two false statements when he filled out a form to purchase a Colt revolver in October 2018: first by falsely stating that he was not a drug addict or drug user, and then by stating that the statement it was true.

Meanwhile, in the third charge, it was said that he had declared that he had illegally owned the weapon for 11 days.

He could face a maximum of 25 years in prison. A jury in Delaware found Biden guilty of all three charges after hearing a week of testimony and witness evidence in the high-profile criminal trial.

Tuesday's decision against Biden could be used by Democrats to counter Donald Trump's claim of an armed justice system against him, Reuters reports.
