Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha made a strong statement during the show Çim Peka LIVE on SYRI TV, where he revealed that the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, has been accused by SPAK since before the May 11 elections. According to Hoxha, the news of this accusation has been kept hidden from public opinion, raising serious questions about the transparency of the justice institution.

"Under accusation and the accusation has been communicated to him. I don't understand why the news didn't come out, why SPAK didn't make it public about the mayor of Shkodra," said Hoxha. He emphasized that this action of SPAK, according to him, is another "honor" done to Edi Rama, by not exposing the legal problems of the socialist candidate in Shkodra.

Hoxha harshly criticized the functioning of the justice system and the role of the Task Force's structures, stating that "all these gears of this country worked in one direction, what they were interested in." He links this to the final result of the elections, which according to him, was influenced by these covert and unfair interventions.

Meanwhile, the journalist mentioned another case made public, that of the candidate of Vau i Deja, Kristian Shkreli, whom Prime Minister Rama publicly asked not to "play with two gates", after which SPAK appeared at the door. According to Hoxha, this was the only case made public, while the accusation against Benet Beci was kept silent.
