Former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj appeals to the Court of Appeal, the security measure "arrest in prison" given by the Special Court of First Instance.
According to the defense, there are no legal conditions and criteria for coercive measures, and there is also no risk of leaving the country or destroying evidence.
