Brace comes out against the police: Not everything is solved through fines!
After dozens of farmers in Maliq were fined during the protest for the lack of a market, the deputy of the SP, Erion Braçe, opposed the actions of the State Police, where he emphasizes that this situation is not solved through fines, but through solving the farmers' problems.
According to the deputy, due to the monitoring of some bacteria by the Agricultural University that receives public funds, the potato of Divjaka, Korça and Kukes cannot be marketed in the countries of the European Union.
Farmers claim that due to the lack of subsidies, production comes out at a higher cost, so they are outcompeted by imported products.
" Not everything is resolved through the State Police and through fines, I am talking about the farmers, those who protested today in Maliq.
For farmers; for the road; for the State Police; for production, the potato as such! Not everything is resolved through the State Police, acts, including fines as its right; for 33 years we have not been able to sell a single gram of potatoes in the countries of the European Union;
neither the potato of Divjaka, nor of Korca nor of Kukës, even though they are super produce, clean, tasty, quality. Three bacteria must be monitored, and for that, our potato circulates only here inside and all the way to Bosnia" , Braçe writes.
