"Dumani is a champion of the anti-corruption fight", Lubonja: There is an American lobbying
Analyst Fatos Lubonja commented on the announcement by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken of SPAK leader Altin Dumanin as an anti-corruption champion.
Invited to News 24, Lubonja said that the medal for Dumani seems more like American lobbying. He said that he is suspicious of SPAK, as it does not complete many investigations.
"I am suspicious of SPAK, where some are categorical, thinking that Dumani is being used. I have been suspicious of the work of the Special Structure. I have taken into account the fact that in SPAK there are people with different opinions. I have doubts that some of the prosecutors are caught.
Dumani has a kind of independence, this supports the idea that Rama did not like Dumani. For me, Rama controls SPAK with political pressure. I think there are a minority of prosecutors who say 'wait, we can do something'. The medal for Dumani is a lobbying by the Americans. The fact that Blinken gives the medal, leads me to the Soros lobby. Corruption is continuing even greater during SPAK's time, they are becoming towers of money, crime and SPAK is not doing anything. SPAK's biggest test is Veliaj.
In the SPAK file for Elbasan, crime has sought to control the territory. There the expression "Taulanti wants us for votes" has emerged. If they do not close the circle of crime, the new justice system is questioned. SPAK is accused of protecting politicians and as Rama says, crime makes a name, but I think that politics and crime go together. SPAK and the Americans themselves cannot make fools of us. The Xhafaj Commission seems like a way to eliminate the SPAK institution. Time will tell better the work of SPAK" , said Lubonja.
