Full letter of Prime Minister Kurti:
Your Excellency,
On the occasion of your election for the third time Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, please accept the most cordial congratulations on my behalf and on behalf of the Government of Kosovo.
Your third term comes at a time full of challenges. Coping with COVID-19, recovery and economic growth and development and consolidation of democratic institutions are just some of the challenges that require your maximum commitment. These are challenges in which the Republic of Albania can count on the unreserved support of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
This third mandate is also the third opportunity to implement projects that have long been expected by Albanians on both sides of the border. Increasing economic cooperation and trade exchange and market integration by removing barriers between Albanians in the first place present excellent opportunities, for the realization of which my government and I remain on full alert.
Wishing you success during your governing mandate and with the pleasure that your Excellency will visit Kosovo at a time convenient for you, and begin preparations for the joint meeting of the two governments, accept the most sincere greetings and the highest consideration.
