Veliaj reacts to Ajola's unbridled luxury: I have nothing to say about my namesake judge

Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj has reacted again from prison through a Facebook post, denying the accusations against him.

Veliaj has responded to accusations of unjustified wealth and corruption, while ironizing the investigations into his wife's purchases and the inspections carried out on his properties.

He denied allegations of hidden assets, stressing that he lives in an apartment purchased before he became mayor.

Veliaj accused the prosecutor in the case, Ols Dado, of conflict of interest and illegal investigative methods.

Veliaj's post:
