Xhačka reacts after the SP did not take him to the 'Constitutional': The status of the strategic investor is not a favor

Xhačka reacts after the SP did not take him to the 'Constitutional':

The former Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, reacted after the Assembly did not approve the referral of her mandate as a deputy to the Constitutional Court for verification.

Xhaçka stated in 'Top Story' that he was faced with scum and mud towards her, but he did not react in respect of the justice institutions.

Among other things, the socialist deputy said that the status of strategic investor is not a favor, but simply an incentive to invest in priority sectors of the economy.

"Actually, the work as a minister has been long, there have been three ministerial positions, so after such a long experience, I think it is legitimate to have a moment of reflection. Faced with a flood of slander and accusations, I reconsidered the taste of this profession and passion.

I did not say that I respected the institutions. The opposition accuses that I am in conflict with the mandate and that the majority is protecting me from going to "Constitutional".

There were moments when I thought that we need the status of strategic investor... but this status is not a favor, it is simply an incentive that the government gives to excellence to invest in priority sectors of the economy.

There is no decision that excludes family members of MPs or ministers from doing business and not being discriminated against. The ban is that they cannot benefit from income from public property, they cannot benefit from public property", said Xhaçka.
