The affair of the incinerators\ Vasili publishes the document: Rama has violated the law for the Council of Ministers

The vice president of the Freedom Party, Petrit Vasili, through a post on "Facebook", has declared that the Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama, has misused his office by openly violating the law on the functioning of the Council of Ministers.

According to Vasili Rama, he did not ask the responsible ministers for explanations or verifications about the affair of the incinerators, but he put his signature with full conscience, going against the law.

"Even though the violations were found by his ministers, Rama did not suspend the implementation of the corrupt acts, but on the contrary, he approved them together with his General Secretary", Vasili wrote.

Vasili also writes that SPAK is avoiding the questioning of the prime minister about the incinerator affair, as he adds that it will not only be Rama who will answer, but Spak himself.

Prime

1. The Prime Minister, in addition to the powers provided for in the Constitution and in special laws, also exercises the following powers:

▪️a) represents and directs the Prime Minister;

▪️b) u kërkon ministrave përgjegjës shpjegime, relatime dhe verifikime administrative, për çështje të fushës që ata mbulojnë;

▪️c) pezullon zbatimin e akteve të ministrave, të drejtuesve të institucioneve qendrore, në varësi të tij ose të ministrave, me nismën e vet ose me kërkesë të subjekteve të interesuara, kur konstaton shkelje të Kushtetutës, të ligjeve, ose të akteve të Këshillit të Ministrave.

Edi Rama as ju ka kerkuar fare ministrave përgjegjës shpjegime, relatime dhe verifikime administrative per aferen e inceneratoreve, por ka vene firmen me ndergjegje te plote.

Megjithese shkeljet jane konstatuar edhe nga vete ministrat e tij, Edi Rama nuk ka pezulluar zbatimin e akteve korruptive te ministrave qe ishin ne shkelje te ligjit dhe Kushtetutes, por perkundrazi i ka miratuar ato se bashku me Sekretarin e Pergjithshem te tij.

Therefore, SPAK hides in vain from taking Edi Rames into criminal responsibility for Abuse of Duty for the incinerator affair.

Edi Rama cannot save himself and will answer tomorrow, but together with him SPAK will also answer.
