Former minister Genc Pollo reacted after the accusation that SPAK communicated to the leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha.

In a post on Facebook, Pollo writes that SPAK's accusation against Berisha is baseless and unproven. He says that we are dealing with a misuse of the judiciary that must be opposed.

"SPAK's accusation against the former prime minister and opposition leader Sali Berisha is unfounded in evidence and without legal logic.

The accusation has political motivations and actually serves the authoritarian and kleptocratic regime of Edi Rama.

This misuse of the judiciary must be opposed by anyone who has a civic conscience and who feels responsible for the project of a democratic and European Albania" , writes Pollo.
