Veliaj's arrest, Berisha: The immediate resignation of Edi Rama, the head

DP Chairman Sali Berisha has commented to the media on the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj.  

Asked whether SPAK remains a criminal organization, as he has repeatedly described it in the past, Berisha said "there is no question that it is such."
