Bardhi's lawyer: The court proved that the conversations exist

Marash Logu, the lawyer for the leader of the DP group, made a statement to the media after the court session at the GJKKO where Gazment Bardhi was declared innocent.

The latter denounced that the head of the Shkodra police, Edmond Sula, had been elected by gangs.

Logu told the media that the court proved that Bardhi is not slandering and that the conversations he made public are true.

The lawyer also appealed to Rama, telling him not to hide using his people.

"The prosecutor in the case opposed Altin Dumani's official position. He stated in writing that, yes, these conversations exist and that they are part of criminal proceedings no. 9 of 2023. The prosecutor in the case requested that Gazment Bardhi be declared guilty of the criminal offense of defamation. Fortunately, the court referred to the law and the evidence and decided to declare Gazment Bardhi innocent, proving once again that Gazment Bardhi neither defames nor insults, but refers only to facts and official documents.
