The head of the democrats, Sali Berisha, appeared at SPAK to be officially acquainted with the accusations leveled against him in the framework of the investigations for the "Partizani" file.

Before entering the Special Prosecutor's Office, Berisha told the media that today he will receive a political charge and will be introduced to manipulated materials, which were dictated by Edi Rama.

The leader of the opposition emphasized that it is a decision without a legal basis that Rma is making in order to prolong the life of his regime.

"Today I am going to receive the political charge and get to know the materials that have been manipulated or hidden in violation of the law to justify their criminal act, the charge without any proof, fact or document, but only dictated by Edi Rama.

In the four bimonthly reports of SPAK in the court, no evidence was produced and Sali Berisha was never mentioned by name, while the political justice kept him in custody for 9 months.

In these reports, which constitute official acts, blatant manipulations by political prosecutors Dumani, Kraja and Millonai have emerged.

This decision without any legal basis against Sali Berisha in the election year, including the isolation and impossibility of activity as a deputy and opposition leader for almost 1 year, is evidence that Edi Rama is ready to do everything to prolong the life of his regime. , turning political crime into a vote and the vote into a crime.
