The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared today at SPAK, in implementation of the "compulsory appearance" measure.

Outside the SPAK premises, while speaking to his supporters, Berisha also read the message he left for SPAK leader, Altin Dumani.

"The amnesty of electoral crime by Dumani and the party's Skap is the greatest unconstitutional and anti-democratic crime in the history of political pluralism."
