Chief Democrat Sali Berisha commented on the Serbian government's decision to cancel the general elections that were held a few weeks ago, following allegations of irregularities.

Speaking from the civic gathering held below his apartment, Berisha said that while the elections are canceled in Belgrade, the mayors who won over crime continue to rule in Albania.

Berisha : Two months ago, elections were held in Belgrade, Serbia. The truth is that Vucic and Rama never accept a free vote.

However, I want to tell you here that in the overall result, the difference between the opposition and the Serbian government was 71%, 19 percent was for the Serbian opposition.

In Albania, the opposition got 40 percent without funding, without commissioners, without a logo.

Friends!

In Belgrade, the elections are cancelled, while in Shkodër, Durrës, Elbasan, Tirana, the mayors who won over crime continue to govern. This is injustice.

I have absolutely declared and I declare 100 times that Aleksandër Vucic deserves to go to The Hague as a genocide doctrinaire, that he represents a little Putin, but the vote of the Serbs is not more important than the vote of the Albanians.

Why did I bring up this example?

I brought it because we didn't rise up on our own, we didn't take our fate into our own hands, we don't have to wait on anyone but ourselves.
