Berisha to the protesters in Milan: With your protest today, you saved the honor

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has praised today's protest of young activists at Edi Rama's meeting in Milan, who asked for the vote of the diaspora in the 2025 elections.

Berisha: Good morning and the most heartfelt greetings, you invincible missionaries of freedom, dignity, the great cause of Albanians.

Greetings to the wonderful orators who, on the platform of free speech, spread today's truths about Albania and Albanians in the four corners of the country.

But tonight, on your behalf, I want to express the deepest gratitude, to humble myself with the greatest respect, before the heroes of the Albanian emigration and opposition who broke through the siege and counted in their mouths everything that the head of the Albanian narco-state deserved.

Their courage, their bravery, their mission are and will remain inspiring for every Albanian.

On this occasion, I guarantee the emigration and diaspora of Albania, that the right to vote in the country from which they have left will be sanctioned once and for all and that other elections, without their vote, do not and cannot be held.

I guarantee the emigration and the diaspora that their gentle return to Albania, the great facilities for investments in this country, especially for Albanians returning from emigration, will be the urgent legal framework, after the victory of the next elections.

With your protest today, you saved the honor of the Albanian nation.

One might say, yes they were not many. My answer is; even one man can be the majority as Abraham Lincoln says.

The majority are those who dare, the majority are those who defend just causes. The majority are the ones who attack fearlessly to defend their cause.

Such were the heroes of the diaspora and emigration in Milan today.
