Berisha: Rama restored the laws and property valuation with confiscation prices in '46

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, criticized the government's property management, accusing Rama of returning the confiscation practices of 1946, where he also denounced the misuse of public lands, the benefits of individuals connected to the government, and the destruction of the potential of southern Albania.

 Berisha promised to return the property and compensate the owners through public land and financial compensation. It also guaranteed the final settlement of damages for the politically persecuted.

So, that ends. We go back to property restitution, property compensation. No one should be skeptical about this.

We left 75 thousand hectares of land to compensate the owners in addition to financial compensation. He took them, quartered them. He will take them again, we will create the fund again. With public land, we will create the compensation fund for the owners, we will solve it, just as we will finally solve the compensation of the politically persecuted.

Education and health are the most absolute priority to provide the best quality service to Albanians.

So, in these 34 amendments, the departments and the group of deputies have done a very good job. They have created the future legal framework of the emergency which will be voted on in the first months of the DP government.

We will be, and we will continue to prepare the legal framework for each field so that we can do everything to catch up the lost 12 years. The 12 most painful years, 12 years of flipping.

But it is no longer up to us to cry and mourn, it is up to us to act.
