Chief Democrat Sali Berisha addressed Prime Minister Edi Rama with a message from today's civic gathering below his apartment.

According to Berisha, in free elections, Rama will receive what Spiro Koleka received in 1992. 

Berisha : That's why we stand up in this battle, to destroy this narco-state that is maintained only because it despises Albanians.
