Bylykbashi warns of "collisions": Combination of parliamentary action and political action on the street

PD Vice President Oerd Bylykbashi declares that civil disobedience will continue.

He told News24 that it was "the political decision of the group to react strongly and within the framework of what we call civil disobedience, but civil disobedience in itself does not mean that we run away from parliament, but that the sessions cannot have normality with discussions sterile, but saying the trouble loudly".

Bylykbashi also spoke about his attitude, somehow not on the front line in the clash with the majority.

" Edi Rama's postponement of the situation is a mechanism that he has done many times. Our decision has been to react strongly to this. Of course, the parliamentary group is big and each of us makes the elections. What I expect, I am ready to say out loud because this is what we are in parliament for.

I believe that if we as a parliamentary group take an action that strongly draws attention to the problem, to the dysfunctionality of the parliament, it has achieved its goal. But within this there is its own space to do all that is necessary, so that in the end we have the relationship with the parliament, with the public, with the international factor. All in function of one thing, that the issue is clear to everyone and then produce an effect in relation to the elections", he said.

According to Bylykbashi, if someone goes with the idea that Edi Rama wants normal elections, he is simply on the wrong track.

"I wonder why the civil disobedience started, which will continue. There will be a combination of parliamentary action and political action on the streets as well.

In this trajectory that we have before us, we must combine all the spectrum of actions that the opposition has. The opposition action will continue with civil disobedience and on the other hand our clash in parliament with arguments. People want to hear in parliament about their problems. It has been seen that Albanians are being taken from their pockets ", said the DP deputy.

Bylykbashi emphasized that 140 million euros are taken from the pockets of Albanians and the poorest when they buy the minimum to eat.

"Of these, he will receive 140 million euros for the port of Durrës. The tender has failed, he will take the money. Rama's plan was to make 12,000 Arab apartments and in order to make money, share them with each other. Same as the money for the incinerator and why it is under investigation.

Po mirë si t’ia bëjmë këtyre pensionistëve. Ai del dhe thotë që nuk paguajnë detyrimet kompanitë. Po mirë si ka mundësinë që ke buxhetin më të madh, kujt ia merr këto para se nuk i ke të tuat?! Bizneseve po ua merr këto para, por nuk ua jep pensionistëve, nuk rrit rrogat dhe indeksimin e ke nën nivelin e inflacionit dhe këto para i jep te kontratat. Nuk i gënjejnë dot më shqiptarët. Ky debat duhet të jetë i fortë i ashpër tani për buxhetin dhe kombinohet me veprimet e tjera. Për 6 muaj janë zgjedhjet”, tha ai.

Por a e sjell opozita zërin e qytetarëve në parlament?

“Ka filluar ky debat. Vendimi i grupit parlamentar që të jemi për të debatuar fort për buxhetin është qartazi tregues se si ne mendojmë që duhet ngritur kritika e ashpër për mënyrën se si po vidhen paratë e shqiptarëve.

Ne patëm një mundësi të humbur vjet që nuk diskutuam dot për çështjen e buxhetit. Nuk mund pse të biem në një kurth që t’i lejojmë ta kalojë për 8 minuta buxhetin.

Ky qenka buxheti më i madh, por rrogat nuk rriten. Ka pensione 80 mijë lekë të vjetra, po si jetojnë? Kur ne themi minimumi jetik të jetë 200 euro në muaj del ministri thotë që prit e keni të pastudiuar. Po plas kokën atje dhe studioje. Pse ne duhet të kemi debatin për shtresat më në nevojë e mos të diskutojmë kush janë mundësitë që iu jepen shqiptarëve më shumë se sa aq. Paratë do shpërndahen në kontratat korruptive koncesionare. Kur të vijmë në pushtet në zgjedhjet e ardhshme, teza ime është kjo, ne nuk duhet thjesht të ofrojmë alternativën, ne duhet të ofrojmë modelin dhe projektin e madh ndryshe se si qeveriset ndryshe ky vend”, u shpreh nënkryetari i PD.

Sipas tij, efektet e mosbindjes civile kanë nisur.

“T’ia lëmë këtë pjesë vendimmarrjeve tona që kanë të bëjnë më mënyrën më efikase që vendoset kur do të shpaloset. Është vendimmarrja jonë, nuk do i themi qeverisë hajde se po bëjmë film këtu. Duhet të jetë efektive. Sigurisht që kanë bërë efekt dhe jemi vetëm te fillimi. Sa më shumë do ketë, aq më shumë do tërheqë vëmendjen e publikut. Do ketë njerëz që në momenti ne parë do thonë më bllokuan rrugën, por në vende të tjera demokratike normale, nuk është ky debati, por cilat janë rrënjët e problemit.

Nuk ka pikën e diskutimit kur vendosin sindikatat, forcat që lëvizin shoqërinë që bllokojnë gjithçka. Është instrument i kodifikuar në demokraci. Njerëzit një herë dy herë do pyesin pse po ndodh kjo. Nëse do ishte kjo gjë, a do protestonte opozita”, u shpreh nënkryetari i PD-së.

Ai theksoi më tej se ka një forcë në rritje, një masë në rritje, si numër por edhe në intensitet të pakënaqësisë në raport me qeverinë.

The opposition can never win as there is a decision of the National Assembly, there are no more boycotts, we enter the elections to win the elections.

Rama will try to remove as many as possible at this stage and will do his best to prevent a large number of immigrants from voting, either by not providing them with valid identification documents or by being told as in Himara that you have invalid documents, you can't vote. We will do the contesting forward, the clash will be now, we will clash in all aspects in all forms, so that election day is an equal field of rules. This is the purpose of the technical government, not for X or Y to become prime minister.
