The member of the presidency of the Democratic Party, Grigels Muçollari, has publicly denounced that Prime Minister Edi Rama is forgiving state properties to the private sector.
Invited to Syri TV, Muçollari said that the state properties are in the most coveted areas of Tirana, while adding that the state is forgiving 10% of the property's value to the private sector.
" The right to grant four construction permits for towers is being given in violation of the law. The transition from state to private needs wider consultation. The properties are being given without tendering, it is a competition with negotiation. They have determined a value smaller than the belongs to the state with the real market value, 30-35%.
