Dogjani requests an interpellation with Minister Hoxha: Police failure!

Democratic MP Asllan Dogjani has requested an interpellation with Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha.

In a request to the Parliament for interpellation, Dogjani writes that mafia murders in the center of Tirana or on road axes have increased the state of insecurity in the country.

He further emphasizes that they note the failure of the police to prevent murders as well as the low level of detection.

Madam President,

Recently, we have seen an increase in the criminal offense of murder committed in a mafia-like manner in the center of Tirana or on road axes, increasing the state of insecurity in the country, while we note the failure of the police to prevent them as well as the low level of detection.

Therefore, considering the above, in my capacity as a member of the Assembly of Albania, based on Article 80, point 1 of the Constitution and Article 96, points 1 and 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, I request the holding of an interpellation with the Minister of Interior, Mr. Ervin Hoxha, to provide explanations and information regarding the above.
