The hearing for the "Babale" case in the General Jurisdiction Appeal has been postponed until September 20 at 10:00 a.m. Present in the hall were the two lawyers of MP Ervin Salianji, Marash Logu and Redi Ramaj.
The lawyer of Geron Xhafa, Ardian Visha, was also present, while the lawyer Indrit Sefa, the lawyer of Jetmir Olldashi, was absent from this session.
The latter has submitted a request for the postponement of the court session, with the argument that he is not in good health. He filed the request in the secretariat of the Tirana Court of Appeal.
