The member of the leadership of the Democratic Party, Blendi Kelliçi, during his speech at today's protest in front of the City Hall, stated that they are there to denounce with facts and evidence all the affairs of the City Hall. 

He has again denounced Elton Bualli, who according to him is a character who communicated with the gang of incinerators. Kelliçi said that Bualli appeared sometimes as the director of the Tirana incinerator and sometimes as the director of the Fier incinerator.

Elton Bualli says Belind Kelliçi after borrowing half a million euros from the incinerators, built a greenhouse in Sharre with farmers' money from IPARD funds.

"We had a physical conflict when we went on to denounce the incinerators, this individual appears to be the director of the incinerators in Feren and Tirana. He ordered projects worth hundreds of millions of euros. What has SPAK done and with those 8 recently released measures they do not have the courage to mention the names of the real leaders of the incinerators. "Elton Bualli" stole hundreds of millions of euros, and is one of those who are called the owners and leaders of the incinerators.

'Ardjan Nusret Mazniku', who ate 1,000 euro steak, also ordered the demolition of 13 buildings in Tirana, leaving hundreds of residents in the open along with Mariglen Qaton. Mariglen Qato obtained the permits to demolish the buildings in cooperation with Maznik. These thefts are so big that even some media have been paid to be corrupt.
