Malltezi: Partizani Club was stolen from the company where Edi Rama's

The Head of the Environment Department at the Democratic Party, Jamarabër Malltezi, through a post on Facebook, clarified the truth about the Privatization of the Partizani Club.

Malltezi writes that a cacophony has been created regarding the truth about the "Partizani" file, since according to him, the club was stolen from the company where Edi Rama's brother is a director. Malltezi adds that the real owners have not benefited from any privatization process.

"There is deliberate deception/cacophony with the "Privatization of Partizani Club" - this is a lie. Partizani Club was stolen from the company where Edi Rama's brother is a director. We, the owners, have NOT benefited Partizani Club from any privatization process.

We demanded our LAND from 1994 until 2007, when the return of our ancestors' land, which had been stolen without any paperwork by the communist regime, was achieved. Then, in accordance with the property restitution law, which required that privately owned OBJECTS be privatized for the landowners.

Until the end of privatization, the state is obligated to pay rent for the facilities on the private owner's land, but it has not paid rent for 3 years that it has been late. So, there is no privatization of the club, but of the demolished facilities on the private owner's land in accordance with the law.

"The prosecutors make a cacophony and do not want the law to be enforced for the owners, but they turn a blind eye when Edi Rama robs both the club and private land (the Deliu family) that is within the Armed Forces Deployment Plan to donate to his brother's company ," writes Malltezi.
