Noka-head of the ILD: Have you started the investigations against Irena Gjoka?

The General Secretary of the PD, Flamur Noka, asked the head of the ILD, Artur Metanin, in the assembly whether an investigation has been launched against the judge Irena Gjoka, accused of concealing the sentence by a court decision in the neighboring state of Greece.

On the other hand, Metani did not give a concrete answer, stating that 'we are handling it in accordance with Law 96, 2016 on the status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania'.

Artur Metani:  First, you didn't ask the question, but anyway, I will give an answer. The matter is under investigation and those who are investigating the matter know it. Regarding the High Inspector of Justice, or Artur Metani, be sure that I have no problem.
