Noka: There was an order for 'Xibraka', 'close it, it

DP Secretary General Flamur Noka accuses SPAK of clearing up any crime with government ties close to Edi Rama.

"SPAK continues to be a tool of Edi Rama and does not have a mission to fight organized crime, but rather a mission to protect and clean up evidence of crime and elements of crime for every government official close to Rama or his family. SPAK's main goal is to fight against the opposition," Noka said on A2 News while talking about the Xibraka file. He further raised several questions, while saying that the order came from above to close the case.

"What did Xibraka's activity have to do with Kosovo? The activity of the Xibraka gang, which includes Olsi Rama's name, has been investigated by the Hanover prosecutor's office. It has all the data. Why didn't SPAK cooperate with the Hanover prosecutor's office in Germany? Was there a connection to the activity in Kosovo? Concealment and destruction of evidence of the crime.

The person identified as 45 years old and with a photo. Now tell me, the state knows the age and the photo, but SPAK cannot identify him. This is a rush ordered from above: Shut up, North, it stinks.
