After two hours, Monika Kryemadhi leaves SPAK: I came for SHIK's papers

Freedom Party MP Monika Kryemadhi spent about two hours at the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK). She was accompanied by her daughter, Bora, and upon entering, she briefly stated to reporters that the reason for her appearance was "to receive SHIK's letters."

Kryemadhi is currently under a mandatory reporting measure, while being investigated by SPAK for suspected unjustified assets. This comes after the seizure of her two villas in the “Kodra e Diellit” area, a decision taken by the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO).

A week ago, the PL MP appealed this seizure decision, calling it unfair. The property investigations into Kryemadhi are also related to the investigation of her ex-husband, Ilir Meta, leader of the Freedom Party, who is under investigation following an order from SPAK.

The prosecution continues its investigations to document the origin of the seized assets, while Kryemadhi and her lawyers are expected to follow legal procedures to contest the charges and seizures.
