After the meeting of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, the chairman of the group, Gazmend Bardhi, emphasized that the political action of the DP will be focused on guaranteeing free and fair elections.

Bardhi has strongly criticized the development of electoral processes in recent years, stating that a decent electoral process has never been allowed and that there has been no meaningful electoral reform.

According to Bardhi, Prime Minister Edi Rama has made efforts to escalate the free and fair elections by blocking the necessary changes and electoral reforms. Bardhi has underlined that in order to achieve a lasting solution to the electoral problems, it is necessary to guarantee free and fair elections.
