The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Këlliçi, has invited the citizens to gather in protest on November 15 in front of the Tirana City Hall.

He has accused the Municipality of Tirana of major financial abuses, calling it "the biggest money laundering machine of organized crime".

 Kelliçi also raised concerns about the payments that continue to be made for the non-functioning incinerator, while criticizing SPAK for engaging in a political battle with the opposition.

The municipality of Tirana today has turned into the biggest launderer of organized crime money, with the granting of construction permits for over 10 million square meters of surface area.
