January 8 protest / Re-establishment Commission files criminal charges against Basha and Bardhi
The Re-establishment Commission has filed criminal charges against the leader of the Democrats, Lulzim Basha, and the Secretary General, Gazment Bardhi.
It is learned that the criminal report is related to the January 8 protest in front of the blue headquarters, where Berisha's protesting protesters clashed with Basha's supporters.
Basha and Bardhi are accused of unauthorized use of chemicals, violence and destruction of property.
Recall that the January 8 protest pervaded the violence. Several protesters were injured due to tear gas later thrown by police. At least 34 people were arrested and the Prosecution later decided to release them.
