Opposition protest in front of the municipality, Kalaja calls on the police: You

The opposition is protesting in front of Tirana City Hall today. Activist Adriana Kalaja said the protest was called in compliance with the law on gatherings and the decision of the Constitutional Court.

She invited the police not to hinder the right of citizens to protest and to stand by them, and not to obey a police director, who according to her still has her phone seized by SPAK.

"Our protest not only yielded results but in any case it was called in accordance with the law on gatherings and the decision of the Constitutional Court. It demands that its dirty deeds in relation to the crime and mafia in power be paid by us who decide to protest. This is the announcement from the Tirana Police. The Constitutional Court has specified that it is above the law, permission is not obtained, only the permission and the time of the protest are announced.

If you do not know the decisions of the Constitutional Court, this does not mean that we allow you to hinder us from exercising our constitutional rights. We have referred not only to the law on assemblies, but also to the decision of the Constitutional Court, which gives the organizers the right to choose the place, time, duration, blocked roads and the names of the participants. We have respected all these points in our request. You are continuously violating not only the law on assemblies but also the decision of the Constitutional Court.

You who have chosen not to respect the uniform but the political orders of the bandits and the one who has the phone in SPAK. When you were running with LGBT, where were you, but when that stinking Yuri Kim came out, you promoted anti-family terms to us. Why did you block our way, you bastards? Arrest me, not the citizens. Also open a file in the name of Adriana Kala that the crime gangs are no longer paying you, that your last hour has come. We will continue the protests according to the law , "said Kalaja.
