Teliti: Instead of approving the Oncology amendment, the ministers held a fashion parade
The Advisor for Economic Affairs in the Democratic Party, Dorian Teliti, has stated that the majority in today's session overturned no less than 34 amendments of the Democratic Party, which together with those proposed by the Freedom Party amounted to about 50.
Telit on the Task Force show says that the purpose of the thoughts was more to do with reducing poverty, and stopping abusive payments for concessions.
" Today, the majority rejected 34 proposals of the Democratic Party, while together with those of the Freedom Party, there are almost 50 amendments, which were rejected from beginning to end. Amendments that brought on the tracks of legality and on the tracks of development that is the state budget.
More specifically, in the proposal we proposed the establishment of a minimum living wage that would reduce poverty, increasing pensions and suspending any type of payment for concessionary contracts such as incinerators, sterilization and so on up to halving the excessive operating expenses that have not connection with the state, when it comes to public safety and so on.
From financing education and health, and subsidizing farmers, to reimbursements or funding of oncology drugs. If only one had been accepted, then the latter at least only the reimbursable medicines would have been approved. Zero none were accepted.
If you look at the parade of ministers today, as the leader of the opposition said, 'they were all putting on a fashion show' and not going out there and talking about the troubles and problems of the citizens. Because that's the problem, none of them there understand what poverty is, nobody understands that you have a sick person and you don't have medicine, nobody understands what it means to have a sick person and you can't find a bed in the hospital . Because all those representatives of the majority answer the phone and no one is cured in Albania", said Teliti.
