The former democratic deputy, Myslim Murrizi, has declared after the meeting of the National Council of the DP that he will participate in the primaries for the names of candidates for deputies in the 2025 elections.

He told the media that he has never left PD, but he claims to have left Lulzim Basha.


"DP belongs to those who founded it and stayed. I will continue to speak until I am a member of the DP National Council.

I have been expelled from DP, I have never left. I was expelled from Luli. I found an artifice to be a candidate in 2021. In the primary, I will definitely compete, I have ambitions to be a candidate. I look for open lists. You have to come to the Assembly by the vote of the citizen, not by the signature of the mayor".

Asked about the district leaders for the 2025 electoral campaign, Murrizi said that he is against it because according to him they should have been elected by vote.

"There are deputies and former deputies who see in the cup. I want the statute to be respected. They do not enjoy respect, we want to recognize as leaders those who are nominated and voted by our vote ", said Murrizi.
