A fierce debate broke out during the plenary session in the Assembly, between the Head of the DP Group, Gazment Bardhi, and the Speaker, Elisa Spiropali.

Bardhi accused Spiropali of allowing the interventions of the ministers, describing this as an open violation of the parliamentary procedure.

Speaker Spiropali reacted by citing Article 77 of the parliamentary regulation, but this caused an immediate reaction from Bardhi, who accused her of lying about the interpretation of the regulation.
