The security measure for the Kapshtica police officers arrested by the Police Supervision Agency and the perpetrator, who was caught transporting 6 kilograms of heroin in his vehicle, was held at the Court of First Instance in Korça.

At the end of the session, the court ruled that the arrest of the police officers was illegal and suspended them from duty for:-

1. Deputy Commissioner Ylli Dushku with the duty of Head of the Turn at the Kapshtice checkpoint

2. Inspector Franc Bylyku ​​with the duty of Deputy Inspector Specialist at the Kapshtice Border Patrol Agency

3. Inspector Lirim Hymetllari with duty as Service Troops at the Kapshtice checkpoint

4. Inspector Denion Myteberi, on duty at the second line control service at the Kapshtica checkpoint

Meanwhile, the court imposed a prison sentence on the driver.

The session lasted 4 hours and 20 minutes.

The three inspectors and the deputy commissioner were arrested 3 days ago by the Police Supervision Agency, after allegedly allowing a vehicle to pass through the Kapshtica checkpoint, which was transporting 6 kg of heroin divided into packages.

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle distributing the drugs was sent to prison.
