AMP initiates investigations against the senior police official for serious violations

The Police Supervision Agency (AMP) has launched investigations for serious violations against Sabri Jacaj, a senior official in the Directorate of Professional Standards in the General Directorate of the State Police.

According to TV Klan, the investigation began after the analysis of the data of a seized cell phone of an officer, where communications were discovered implicating Jacaj in favoring private entities for hiding income and tax evasion.

In parallel with the criminal investigation, an administrative investigation is also being conducted against Jacaj for the full clarification of the circumstances and accusations.
