Complaining about the elections in Himara, the Electoral College overthrows

Kolegjit Zgjedhor Gjyqësor ka rrëzuar ankimimin e koalicionit "Bashkë Fitojmë dhe PBDNJ-së të cilët kundërshtuan rezultatin e Zgjedhjeve në Bashkinë e Himarës të mbajtira në 4 gusht.

The Electoral College dismissed their appeals after they asked to declare these elections invalid, leaving in force the decision of the KAS, where the elections were won by Vangjel Tavos against the opposition candidate, Petro Gjikuria, with a difference of 1477 votes. 

Meanwhile, the Judicial Electoral College, which gave this decision, was composed of judges:

2. Esmeralda Xili (Member);
3. Magnola Xhaxho (Member);
4. Alma Kolgjoka (Member);
5. Sokol Ibi (Member).
