Journalist Artan Hoxha has given new details about the arrest of the much-wanted Marklen Haka, a day ago.

In News24, Hoxha said that as seen in the footage released by the police, at the time of the arrest, Haka appeared barefoot, a detail that Hoxha says is a clear message to others in the world of crime.


"The police arrest you, but give you the opportunity to get dressed. In the present case, they took care to take him out barefoot. This was a message for others, not for him," Hoxha declared.

Hoxha also said that Marklen Haka has a complicated history and that he is known as a character who sent information to Emiljano Shullazi, while the latter passed it on to his opponents.

"Marklen Haka has a complicated history. He was previously arrested in 2011 for murder and was the subject of an assassination attempt in 2019, during which his aunt was killed and he was seriously injured. This assassination brought him back to the scene of the crime.
