The General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku during a conference with journalists has confirmed the arrest of Fabio Ballabanin alias Fabio Zyberaj alias Ivi Zyberaj.
Fabio Ballabani was declared wanted by SPAK as part of the "Revenge" operation related to the incident recorded in 2019, where by order of Emiliano Shullazi, he threatened and brutally raped the husband of judge Saida Dollani, Kristaq Prifti.
" I can confirm another fact, also for the execution of the decision for Fabio Ballabani, part of structured criminal groups, in a partner country, he is currently serving his sentence in a prison ." - said Round.
The event came to light after 5 years after the analysis of the conversations in the encrypted application "Sky Ecc", where it turned out that the people who ordered the beating of Saida Dollani's husband were Emiljano Shullazi, the former deputy of the Socialist Party Arben Ndoka and the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj.
