An accident with two injured people happened this afternoon in Vlora, where a 45-year-old man, driving a "Volkswagen Tuareg" vehicle, first hit a pedestrian.

 As he tried to leave the scene with his foot on the gas pedal, he violently collided with another vehicle a few meters away. A person was also injured in this car.

"The citizen AL (Arlind Lagji), about 45 years old, while driving a 'Volkswagen' type vehicle, had an accident with the citizen IS, about 66 years old, a pedestrian on the road. The driver of the vehicle left the scene of the accident and continued moving on this road axis, where after a few meters he collided with the vehicle driven by a citizen of BC, 63 years old, the police announced.

IS and BC were transported to the hospital and are under the care of doctors.
