The "Ura" file sheds light on the international drug network: Codes, communications and shipments to "Touran"

The "Ura" file sheds light on the international drug network: Codes,
Shocking details have been revealed from the intercepts of the joint operation "Ura" between the SPAK Special Prosecution Office and the Italian anti-mafia, which dismantled a well-organized drug trafficking network based in Albania and with intensive activity in Italy.

Through the encrypted Sky ECC application, widely used by criminal groups, numerous communications have been documented between Artur Shkoza and Orges Molla, who planned in detail the traffic, payments and logistics of distributing large quantities of cocaine and heroin in the Italian provinces.

Network and pseudonyms
In addition to the two key figures, other people are also involved in the communications, such as:

Ervin Zeqiri, nicknamed "Harley Davidson"
Name Hysenaj
Indrit Tafili
All suspected of active role in payments, transportation and distribution of narcotics. Communication took place in a coded manner, through terms such as "Villa", "house of my uncle's friend", "office", which represented secret locations for deliveries.

Shipments and prices
From September to November 2020, according to intercepted conversations:

Loads of 10 to 25 kilograms of drugs are mentioned,
With prices ranging from 18,000 to 38,500 euros per kilogram,
Deliveries were carried out in vehicles of the Volkswagen Touran type,
Financial transactions were made partly in cash, partly with delayed payments and through intermediaries.
In a specific conversation on September 17, 2020, Molla instructs Shkoza to take 10 kilograms from the 25 kg shipment, for which the payment was partial. The name Hysenaj is mentioned as the owner of the car in which the substance would be transported.

Codes and communication difficulties
Due to technical problems with the application, communication often occurred erratically and with errors, which indicates the rush and pressure to complete transactions.

For example, in one of the communications, Molla says:
"I don't have any money, I'm telling you... because I don't have anyone at home," signaling the absence of the person to deliver the drugs.

In other cases, the conversations are accompanied by photographs of the narcotic substance to confirm its quality, while the lack of "strength" of the drug is also mentioned in some cases as a justification for its return or rejection.

Preliminary conclusions
From the investigations it appears that Artur Shkoza, in addition to close cooperation with Orges Molla, was in constant contact with every link in the trafficking chain, from securing the material, receiving orders, coordinating vehicles to final payments.

Meanwhile, SPAK and the Italian anti-mafia are expected to make public other elements of the operation that led to the arrest of some of these individuals and the announcement of others as wanted.
