In the elections being held at the University of Vlora, students are voting with PS boxes.

In Vlora, 192 lecturers and 4,000 students vote today to elect the rector of the university 'Ismail Qemali', 4 deans and 16 heads of departments.

There are four voting centers in the four faculties of 'Ismail Qemali', in the Faculty of Economics, Public Health, the Faculty of Human Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering.

There are 3 academics in the race for rector, Evelina Bazini, Kreshnik Bello, Aurela Saliu, while Yllka Stramarko withdrew earlier from the race.
