The Guard takes SPAK and GJKKO into custody

Starting today, the Guard of the Republic officially takes custody of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) and the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK).

Until now, both institutions have been guarded by the State Police.

The decision was taken in July last year with the signature of the former deputy prime minister ARben AHmetaj. Both institutions are considered buildings of special importance.
