The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime decided to extend the security measure "prison arrest" against Fuad Verzillov, one of the names that resulted in the last SPAK operation related to the attack on the criminal organization led by Suel Çela.

Verzivolli is suspected of committing the criminal offense of "premeditated murder" remaining in the attempt, against Ardian Çapjas, an event that took place in Elbasan on June 8, 2020.

The applicant, the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, on 02.12.2024 submitted to the Court the request with the object: "Interrogation and verification of the conditions and criteria for the implementation of the personal insurance measure determined by decision No. 138, dated 22.11.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime".

At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judge Erjon Çela, based on articles 112, 228, 229, 230, 238 and 248 of the Criminal Code, with decision no. 147, dated 03.12.2024, decided:

The continuation of the implementation of the coercive personal security measure "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Penal Code, determined by decision No. 138, date 22.11.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime against the person under investigation: Fuad Verzivolli as a suspect for committing the criminal offense of "Premeditated murder" pending attempt, to the detriment of the citizen **** on 08.06.2020 in the city of Elbasan, carried out in a special form of cooperation that of the criminal organization "Criminal organization", and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group", provided by articles 78/2 - 22, 28/1, 333/2 and 334 second paragraph of the Penal Code ;

The Judicial Police is ordered to immediately send the person under investigation, Fuad Verzivolli, to the detention facility, to stay there at the disposal of the prosecuting body.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, and the judicial police are ordered to implement this decision.

The defender appointed mainly by the court for the person under investigation shall be compensated by the state according to the fees provided for in the law.

Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Special Court of Appeal Against Corruption and Organized Crime within 5 days, from the notification of the court's decision.
