A prostitution ring is busted in Vlora, a Ukrainian woman is wanted
Vlora police have discovered and cracked down on a prostitution ring in the city, announcing a search for a 35-year-old Ukrainian woman, who is suspected of exploiting two of her compatriots for prostitution.

The police operation codenamed “Missed Call” led to the identification and search for citizen M. Sh., 35, who was collaborating with Russian citizen KA, who was wanted on February 3. Both are suspected of managing an apartment in the “Pavarësia” neighborhood, where they exploited two Ukrainian women for prostitution.

The apartment was rented by the Russian citizen, while the two Ukrainian women who practiced prostitution were criminally prosecuted at large.

The investigative materials have been referred to the Vlora Prosecutor's Office for further action, while the police are continuing the operation to capture the wanted persons.
