But there was also an episode that got the attention of all sports fans and the media. An Albanian fan entered the playing field, stopping it for several minutes. Today, his identity was revealed.

His name is Sami Rexhepi and he is originally from Skenderaj in Kosovo. He lives in Düsseldorf, Germany and told the media in Kosovo the reason why he took that action.

"I made a bet with my son. This was the reason", Rexhepi is reported to have said.

After entering the field, Rexhepi greeted some of the national football players. Meanwhile, the security of the stadium immediately intervened. Only after he "dribbled" some of them and slipped, the Albanian fan could be neutralized. Then he left the stadium where, as he says, he himself paid a heavy price for entering the field.
