Polar cold 'grips the country' and temperatures drop to -10, weather

The week ahead is expected to be a "typical" winter week with rain and snow, but in the middle of it and then there will be sunny days but low temperatures (negative values).
Thus, for tomorrow (Monday) according to the Military Meteorological Service, the weather is predicted with medium and dense cloudiness as well as occasional low-intensity rain in most of the territory, while in the central and southern areas, locally moderate to intense rainfall.

In the mountainous reliefs in the northeast at altitudes above 300-400 meters and in the southeast at altitudes above 600-700 meters, snowfall of low intensity and locally to moderate.
Starting from Tuesday, a gradual improvement of atmospheric conditions over our country is expected.

The weather is forecast with medium to dense cloudiness but also short-term intervals of clear weather mainly along the western lowlands. In the mountainous reliefs in the northeast and southeast, the cloudiness will be accompanied by light and occasional snowfalls.
For Wednesday, the weather along the western lowlands is forecast with clear weather and alternating temporary cloudiness, while in the mountainous reliefs in the east, mainly cloudy weather and short-term sunny intervals.
For Thursday and Friday, the weather is forecast to be clear throughout the territory, excluding few temporary cloudiness mainly in the mountainous reliefs in the east.
