President Bajram Begaj has decreed the release from duty of several ambassadors who represent Albania abroad, as well as the government's proposals for new ambassadors to the USA, Germany, Montenegro, Turkey and the Netherlands.

Zhaklina Peto is among the young diplomats.

"Appointed by Decree no. 108 date 10.7.2023 Ms. Zhaklina Peto, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania in Montenegro, resident" , the president's announcement states.

Peto, who is also known as the ex-wife of Bledi Çuçi, comes from the field of justice. Until a while ago, she had other ambitions after running for judge in the Constitutional Court, but then it was announced that she withdrew from the race.

Ironically, Çuçi himself was dismissed as Minister of the Interior last Saturday with the signature of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

After the dissolution of the Kruja police station, Bledi Çuçi is the 'victim' of the serious incident that took place in Borizana in Fushë Krujë, and the appearance on the scene of the connections of the Kruja police with the Rraja family, which macabrely raped Jashar and Bilbil Maja.
